Menu changes

Due to the new regulations set in place for our safety and our reopening being limited at a specific capacity our menu has changed. We will no longer be able to accommodate complimentary clean ups, complimentary bang trims, stand alone blow drys, beard trims, or in salon consultations until further notice.

We will however be offering virtual/email consults. You can email to request your consultation.

In order to maintain a sanitary safe environment we have added an extra 15 minutes before and after your appointment for your stylist to properly clean their station, tools, chair, etc. As well as the use of all PPE. (Reference the sanitation guide, staff procedures, updates, policies, and guidelines.)

We will have a small price increase to some of our services. We will not have an additional cost for all PPE as it is already been factored into the new service menu prices.
(Reference the services tab in our menu for price increases $0-$20 pending the service and timing.)

As we navigate through this unprecedented venture we thank you for your support, understanding and patience as we embark this journey to our safe reopening.

We are temporarily not offering stand alone blow out appointments. Blow outs will only be offered with haircut or color services.

You can also choose the #loveyourneighbor option.

The #loveyourneighbor option will allow us to better service the collective. With our service times having had to be extended and no longer be able to double book while operating at 50% capacity. It allows others in the Shampoo JC community the chance to have their hair cut and colored.

If you choose to #loveyourneighbor will give you 5,000 points in your account to use at your next service.

Have a hand in helping us serve our community. We all want good hair!

Thank You

We want you to know how much we appreciate your contribution in helping make our reopening a great success!

We understand change can at times be challenging and sometimes difficult however, the secret to change is to put all of your energy on building the new.

Thank you for helping us evolve with these strange times and build the new.
