Bri is our Manager of Operations, or the woman behind the curtain as she likes to say. She is also a proud Jersey City firefighter, the co-founder of the non-profit Nicky Speaks, and a devoted mother of two wonderful children. With a heart deeply rooted in her community, she dedicates much of her time to giving back—a value that is woven into the fabric of her everyday life. The Jersey City community holds a very special place in her heart, and she is committed to making a positive difference wherever she can.

As a member of the team at Shampoo JC, Bri considers the salon her second home. She takes great pride in creating an environment where both clients and staff feel valued, respected, and special. Whether she’s lending a hand behind the scenes or providing personal care to a client, Bri is driven by her passion to make everyone feel welcome and appreciated.
