Online Booking Policies:

• Cancellations/rescheduling within 24 hours for any appointment of 1 scheduled hour are subject to a charge equal to 50% of the booked appointment(s)
• Cancellations/rescheduling within 72 hours for any appointment exceeding 2+ scheduled hours are subject to a charge equal to 50% of the booked appointment(s)
• Cancellations within 12 hours are subject to a charge equal to 100% of the booked appointment
• Gratuity is cash/venmo only.
• We do not service children under the age of 14 years old.
• Under the age of 18 years old must have parental consent.
• A valid credit/debit card is required to book an appointment.
• I understand that I am booking the services without a complimentary consultation and will be responsible for the services that I book, as well as the prices associated with each service. I am aware that Shampoo JC provides scheduled virtual and email consultations free of charge if I am unsure which service(s) to book.
