Policies
- Cancellations/rescheduling within 24 hours for the following services are subject to a charge equal to 50% of the booked appointment(s) (Blow dry, haircuts, deep conditioning treatments.)
- Cancellations/rescheduling within 72 hours for any color appointment are subject to a charge equal to 50% of the booked appointment(s) (All lightening services (balayage, foliage, highlights, baby lights, double process, single process, single & cut, gloss & blow dry, updos, hollywood waves, extensions, color corrections, Brazilian Blowout.)
- Cancellations within 12 hours are subject to a charge equal to 100% of the booked appointment
- We do not service children under the age of 14 years old.
- Under the age of 18 years old must have parental consent.
- A valid credit/debit card is required to book an appointment.
- I understand by booking online that I am booking the services without a complimentary consultation and will be responsible for the services that I book, and the prices associated with each service. I am aware that Shampoo JC provides scheduled virtual and email consultations free of charge if I am unsure which service(s) to book.
- To provide the best service, a 3.5% surcharge will be applied to all credit card transactions. This fee can be avoided by paying with cash. Thank you for your understanding and support!
